Job summary

Pontera Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly capable IT Specialist to lead IT operations for the New York office. You will support 100+ employees, manage onsite infrastructure, endpoint lifecycle, SaaS administration, identity operations, and ensure continuity in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate with Security, R&D and Infrastructure teams and drive operational excellence across Global IT, with a hybrid emphasis on office deployments and scalable cloud workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or onsite corporate IT environments.
• Hands-on support for Mac and Windows workstations.
• Experience with MDM platforms Kandji and Intune.
• Experience with office infrastructure and SaaS administration.
• Ability to work with Security, R&D and Infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary onsite IT owner for the NY office ~100+ employees.
• Lead incident response and coordinate escalations.
• Provide hands-on hardware, software, and SaaS support.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device prep, and access control.
• Administer office networking, VPN, CCTV, conferencing, and AV systems.
• Support cloud infra including Amazon WorkSpaces and related workflows.
• Collaborate on security and operational initiatives.
