Job summary

Responsibilities include prioritizing work with sponsors, coordinating requirements meetings, tracking tasks in JIRA, developing realistic schedules, and delivering status reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant project management and systems engineering experience.
• Experience gathering and managing technical requirements in a complex environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify priorities with Sponsor management and structure the team’s work to align with those priorities.
• Manage requirements and coordinate exchange meetings to validate requirements.
• Track requirements in JIRA and other directed tools.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Communicate status to Sponsor management and internal stakeholders about outages or events.
• Prepare status reports and briefings for external parties and other technical teams.
• Organize documentation and collaborate with vendors and users to achieve objectives.
