Yuma Holdings LLC is seeking an IT Operations Lead for Corporate Technology in Stamford, CT. You will own the day-to-day IT operations, end-user technology, and MSP oversight, partnering with Security and Engineering to ensure secure, scalable services.

You will drive service delivery improvements, manage onboarding/offboarding, software licensing, and procurement while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, corporate IT, infrastructure, or service delivery roles.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Okta, Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience managing MSPs and third-party technology vendors.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
  • Experience supporting cloud-first environments and modern productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITSM practices including incident, request, change, and asset management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices, especially least-privilege access.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic improvements with hands-on operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of corporate IT services and end-user technology.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Yuma’s MSP, including performance management and SLA oversight.
  • Own operational oversight of service requests, incidents, escalations, and user support processes.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle management, and access provisioning processes.
  • Manage software licensing, vendor renewals, and technology procurement processes.
  • Administer and support business systems including identity platforms, productivity suites, collaboration tools, and SaaS applications.
  • Lead implementation of corporate technology systems, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Establish, document, and improve incident, request, asset, and change management processes.
  • Maintain inventories of endpoints, software assets, licenses, and technology vendors.
  • Partner with Security to implement controls across endpoints, apps, and identity platforms.
  • Support compliance and audit activities for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Develop operational reporting, service metrics, and dashboards to measure performance.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and escalation support for critical issues.

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Operations Lead, Corporate Technology to lead the day-to-day operation of Yuma’s corporate technology environment. You will serve as the primary owner of IT service delivery, end-user technology, SaaS administration, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) oversight while partnering closely with Security and Engineering teams.

This is a hands-on operational role responsible for ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and scalable technology services while continuously improving technology operations and controls in a fast-growing organization. The individual in this role will have significant influence over how Corporate IT scales as Yuma continues to grow.

Responsibilities
