Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an IT Manager for a high-growth AI infrastructure company in the NYC area. This role is hybrid with primarily remote work and some on-site presence, offering a base salary of $120,000–$160,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will lead IT operations and service delivery at scale, manage cloud identity and endpoint management, and oversee MSP partnerships while driving formal ITSM practices and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, endpoint management, or IT service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including tenant administration and device lifecycle management.
• Experience standing up a Microsoft tenant and administering M365; integrating Microsoft cloud into a Google Workspace environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• demonstrated experience managing an MSP or outsourced IT provider, including SLAs and vendor accountability.
• Solid ITSM knowledge and SOP/runbook development.

Responsibilities

• Define and mature our cloud identity and endpoint management model across Google Workspace and future Microsoft capabilities.
• Own identity and endpoint standards: MFA, recovery access, device enrollment, and controls.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune licensing as services roll out.
• Maintain ownership of cloud tenants, configurations, logs, and credentials even with MSP involvement.
• Build and maintain the IT service catalog, ownership model, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
• Define workflows for incidents, onboarding/offboarding, assets, and changes.
• Oversee MSP relationship: ticket quality, reviews, escalations, and improvements.
• Develop Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes with HR and SaaS provisioning.
• Oversee Windows/macOS endpoint lifecycle including imaging, patching, and retirement.
• Support SOC 2 and SOX ITGC audits with technical evidence.

We are a publicly traded, vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns the full stack from power generation to GPU compute. While many in the space lease their infrastructure, we own our data centers, power assets, and bare-metal GPU platforms outright, giving us a cost and speed advantage that is hard to replicate at scale. The Role

We're hiring a hands-on IT Operations & Service Delivery Lead to build and run the operating model for corporate IT as we scale. This is not primarily a security or GRC role. You'll sit between employees, HR, business owners, GRC, and our managed service providers, making sure IT services are owned, supported, documented, measurable, and recoverable. The ideal candidate brings strong cloud identity and endpoint management experience, hands-on Google Workspace administration, working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, and the technical depth to manage and push back on an MSP. The role is hands-on today, with a path into formal IT Operations management as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Help define and mature our cloud identity and endpoint management model across Google Workspace and future Microsoft capabilities, including Entra ID tenant setup, Intune device management, and application deployment
• Own identity and endpoint standards: admin roles, MFA, recovery access, device enrollment, and future conditional access controls
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune licensing as those services roll out
• Keep us in ownership and control of our cloud tenants, configurations, logs, and credentials even when an MSP handles implementation
• Build and maintain our IT service catalog, ownership model, support expectations, SLAs, and escalation procedures
• Define practical workflows for incidents, requests, onboarding/offboarding, assets, and changes
• Own the MSP relationship day to day: ticket quality, service reviews, escalations, and continuous improvement
• Build repeatable Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows across HR, Google Workspace, SaaS, and endpoint provisioning
• Oversee Windows and macOS endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, MDM/RMM, patching, EDR coordination, and secure retirement
• Maintain an authoritative asset inventory and support SOC 2 and SOX ITGC audits with technical evidence

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, endpoint engineering, or IT service delivery
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including tenant administration and device lifecycle management
• Experience standing up a Microsoft tenant and administering M365; integrating Microsoft cloud into a Google Workspace environment strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Demonstrated experience managing an MSP or outsourced IT provider, including SLAs and vendor accountability
• Strong practical ITSM knowledge and SOP/runbook development
• Experience designing Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes
• Windows/macOS endpoint operations and asset lifecycle management
• A hands-on problem solver who can work independently in a fast-moving environment

• High-growth or startup operating experience
• MSP transition or provider migration experience
• Apple Business Manager/Jamf or comparable Apple MDM
• Public company, SOX ITGC, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 exposure
• Data center, colocation, or infrastructure company background
• Certifications: SC‑300, MD‑102, AZ‑104, ITIL Foundation, or Google Workspace Administrator

Compensation

• $120,000 to $160,000 base salary DOE + Bonus
