Responsabilités

• Receive, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests logged in the FreshService ticketing system.
• Assist in receiving and processing purchase orders for IT equipment and supplies.
• Ensure accurate tracking and organization of IT stock, including hardware and software assets.
• Help with the decommissioning and proper disposal of outdated or non-functional technology equipment.
• Provide assistance to IT staff with inventory requests and other operational needs.
• Keep the IT area in the warehouse organized and tidy to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
