Responsibilities

• Installation and setup of new computers, thin clients and users.
• Disposal of old equipment—reimaging and data backup/restorations.

• Configuration of network equipment including switches and cabling.
• Support of security technologies including antivirus, DLP, patching, VPN.
• Management of objects within AD.
• General support and troubleshooting.
