Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in technology operations, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, analytics, infrastructure, applications, or IT service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information and approach unfamiliar technology challenges thoughtfully.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, complete, and well-organized work.
• Ability to document processes and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business partners.
• Comfort learning new technologies and tools and applying feedback to improve your work.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and recurring activities that contribute to technology reliability and operational efficiency.
• Assist with hardware, software, application, and technology asset inventory activities.
• Help update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, process guides, and SOPs.
• Assist with IT service management activities, including incident, change, request, and asset management processes.
• Participate in troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and problem-resolution efforts under supervision.
• Support reporting, data analysis, dashboards, or data-quality projects as assigned.
• Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, automation, scripting, or process improvement initiatives.
• Organize project findings and communicate progress with technical and business partners.
• Present summaries of projects, accomplishments, outcomes, and learnings at assignment conclusion.
