Job summary

Centra Credit Union is seeking a Technology Solutions Systems Engineer in Columbus, Indiana. This role provides Tier III+ support, leads infrastructure projects, and ensures security and reliability of TS systems across servers, VMware, storage, and networking.

The position requires an Associate's Degree in a related field and 5–8 years of experience, with preferred Cisco, Microsoft, and VMware certifications. Collaborative team player with ability to partner with vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Related Field required.
• 5–8 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with core banking systems and enterprise infrastructure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and enhances core enterprise infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, backup).
• Manages configuration, patching, updates, and performance of infrastructure systems.
• Diagnoses and resolves infrastructure incidents to ensure availability and business continuity.
• Leads infrastructure projects, upgrades, and new technology deployments with coordinated timelines.
• Collaborates with business units to understand workflows and impacts for proactive improvements.
• Works with third‑party vendors for troubleshooting and optimization of platforms.
