Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions LLC is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer I to support, maintain, monitor, and improve enterprise environments for our credit union clients. You will collaborate with senior engineers, service desk, security teams, and vendors to ensure secure, stable, and highly available systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years in systems administration or infrastructure operations required.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure technologies required.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation required.
• Experience with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals required.
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for infrastructure incidents, requests, and escalations.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding issues and maintenance.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Assist with server provisioning, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Support VMware and Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Perform routine health checks and preventative maintenance.
