• Administers and maintains core enterprise infrastructure including Windows servers, VMware, SAN storage, networks, and databases.
• Manages patching, updates, performance optimization, and reliability improvements across IT infrastructure.
• Leads infrastructure projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborates with business units to understand workflows and optimize systems.
• Provides after-hours support and rapid incident resolution.
• Partners with vendors for troubleshooting and service optimization.
