Job summary

ElevenLabs is a fast-growing AI research and product company hiring an IT Engineer for a hands-on technical role. You will join the IT team to secure endpoints, networks, and SaaS tools while keeping people productive with the right tools.

You’ll own projects across identity, endpoint management, and office infrastructure as the company scales globally. The role requires strong IT operations background, IAM expertise, MDM experience, scripting ability, and experience with office networks.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on IT Engineering or DevOps experience; automation-first
• Identity and access management (SAML/SCIM/OIDC) with Okta/Google Workspace
• MDM tooling expertise (Jamf/Kandji/Fleet) for device fleets
• Scripting (Python/Bash) to automate checks and configurations
• Experience managing office networks (Cisco Meraki/Ubiquiti) and office builds
• Ability to maintain SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance while enabling end users
• Startup or high-growth background desirable

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver IT projects across identity, endpoint, and office infrastructure
• Collaborate with Security and Operations to keep endpoints, networks and SaaS tools secure
• Build scalable IT systems to support company growth
• Automate compliance checks and device configurations
