ID.me is seeking an IT Engineer to join the IT Operations team. This hands-on role focuses on building integrations, automations, and maintaining high-availability services across core IT platforms and business SaaS applications.

You'll work with engineering, security, and compliance to deliver well-governed solutions, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders while operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an IT/systems engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong API fluency (REST/JSON, OAuth, webhooks) and ability to read/write code in Python/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations connecting IT and business systems.
• Administer core IT platforms and SaaS apps for performance and reliability.
• Script and deploy organization-wide solutions (Python, Bash) and automate processes.
