Talantir is seeking a detail-oriented Disaster Recovery Coordinator to support the IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity program. This hands-on role tracks progress, drives accountability, and ensures tasks across IT teams stay on schedule.

Working remotely with Eastern Time hours, you will monitor status, coordinate DR testing, maintain documentation, and elevate issues when needed to keep critical initiatives moving forward.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tracking tools (RiskConnect, ServiceNow, Jira, Excel) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Track and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) activities across IT teams.
• Monitor and update status in RiskConnect (green / yellow / red tracking).
• Follow up with IT owners to ensure tasks, testing, and deliverables stay on schedule.
• Identify roadblocks and elevate issues to leadership when needed.
• Support coordination and execution of DR testing activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Help ensure continuity plans are actively progressing and aligned with timelines.
