• Oversee the integration and execution of enterprise-wide IT DR activities, ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop, test, and update IT DR plans, guaranteeing recoverability of essential business services.
• Lead DR exercises with multi-site teams, validating procedures and improving response strategies.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Applications, Integration, and Governance teams to execute business continuity strategies.
• Present findings, issues, and corrective actions to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT DR issues, applying effective incident management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy (CRX-301/302) and regulatory requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery.
