The role collaborates with vendors and business departments to remove roadblocks and keep projects moving, with emphasis on communication and organization. Occasional field visits may be required to understand field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and project teams.
• Serve as a primary communication resource for the IT department and stakeholders.
• Oversee incoming IT equipment and inventory processes, tracking and system updates.
• Participate in ticket reviews and support ongoing service delivery improvements.
• Assist management with timesheet review, attendance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and support IT projects.
• Periodically visit operational locations to understand field operations and processes.
