Asseti is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure day-to-day data orders are captured, tracked, and delivered to enterprise customers. You will work in the delivery function, reporting to the Operations Manager, and partner with data processing and platform engineering to keep the pipeline running on time.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in operations, field service coordination, or similar role.
• Strong bias to action and ownership of work.
• Proficient with AI tools to accelerate processes.
• Organized with attention to detail and multi-part workflows.
• Clear, concise written communication and client/contractor coordination.

Aufgaben

• Own the full order lifecycle from submission to delivery, with SLA baseline.
• Monitor queues and pipelines, surface blockers early.
• Run QA on survey data and improve repeatable steps.
• Collaborate with processing and engineering to ensure clean data and reduce rework.
• Coordinate drone pilots and ground-inspection contractors, schedules and access.
• Manage contractor network against scopes, rates, and performance expectations.
• Provide delivery status to Customer Success and account managers.
• Use AI tools to prototype fixes, draft SOPs, and build lightweight automations.
• Look for opportunities to systematically improve processes and metrics.
