Job summary

FII in Houston, TX seeks a proactive IT Operations & Collaboration Coordinator to administer Microsoft 365 services, support end users, and manage access permissions. You will help maintain Windows/Linux servers, monitor health, and ensure a secure, efficient digital workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Experience with server monitoring, patch management, backups, and IT service management (ITSM).

Responsibilities

Assist in administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers.
Administer Microsoft 365 services and related collaboration platforms.
Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and identity lifecycle processes.
Provide end-user technical support via the Service Desk.
Support IAM solutions including SSO and MFA and access governance.
Coordinate with owners and stakeholders to troubleshoot application issues.
Maintain IT documentation and assist with automation and tech initiatives.
