Job summary

Personified is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider for campaigns, non-profits, and mission-aligned organizations. We act as an extension of client teams, handling all responsibilities of a traditional internal IT team, and are looking to scale our team with top IT talent.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting day-to-day IT operations, especially onboarding and offboarding.
• Familiarity with IT procurement processes and user access management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running day-to-day technology operations for clients, focusing on onboarding and offboarding.
• Support and implement processes for onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement.
• Respond to IT operations support tickets via email, Slack, and ticketing system.
