• Experience using enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds, AppDynamics, SiteScan/Vigelent)
• Experience with event, incident, problem, release and change management processes
• Troubleshooting complex IT environments under high stress and tight timeframes
• Experience with MS SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, Teams, etc
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
• Knowledge ITIL concepts and methods
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux/UNIX, and Mainframe OS
• Experience in 24/7 operational environments
• Automation skills using PowerShell and other scripting languages
• Collaborative work with management and peers
• Documenting problems and writing procedures
• Flexibility with changing priorities and workload

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support and delegated system administration for FTB services
• Support mission-critical internal and external IT systems (e.g., TI, BETS, ARCS, WASS, PASS, INC, SWIFT, CalFile, WebPay)
• Participate in planning to install new or enhanced technology, applications, services, processes, and procedures
• Input and monitor performance-management data daily
• Represent OCS to internal and external customers
