Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory and technical knowledge of web solutions based on JAVA, J2EE, ASP.Net, C#, ArcGIS, Oracle, SQL Server, MVC, JBOSS EAP, IIS, jQuery, Java Server Pages, AJAX, JavaScript, Enterprise Java Beans, Hibernate, JavaScript API, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of GIS application development is desirable.
• Experience with enterprise DBMS administration (Oracle and SQL Server) and cloud-based migrations/architectures (Power Platform, Azure, SAAS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate IT solutions development for complex business, scientific, or engineering problems.
• Attend conferences and trainings to maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry practices.
• Lead IT domains including Business Technology Management, IT Project Management, Software Engineering, and Systems Engineering.
