Qualifications

• Experience in Java development, APIs, Microservices, Jakarta EE technologies such as JSP, Prime Faces, MVC frameworks, and JavaBeans
• Strong knowledge of modern integration standards including SOA, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, and enterprise application servers
• Proficiency in IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, and Visual Studio with relational databases (DB2 and SQL Server)
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash, and Docker
• SDLC lifecycle experience with emphasis on design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications
• Familiar with cloud-based object storage services like S3 or similar
• Demonstrated leadership through mentoring and guiding junior developers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with Business and Infrastructure teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team
• Analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving build/release issues
• Strong problem-solving and continuous learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Provide technical leadership and SME guidance on enterprise applications
• Support DevOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, and production support
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural planning
• Collaborate with Business and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and architecture planning
• Work independently on complex projects and ensure secure, scalable solutions
