Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows-based systems administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience with patch management platforms and vulnerability management.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer endpoint management platforms (Intune, Windows Update for Business, RMM) and endpoint security tools.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, software deployment, and endpoint standards.
• Maintain workstation lifecycle processes including provisioning, deployment, refresh, and retirement.
• Support endpoint configuration baselines, security policies, and hardening initiatives.
• Own patch management processes for Windows servers and workstations; coordinate testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Monitor vulnerability scanning platforms and remediation dashboards; triage based on risk.
• Administer Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms and create automated remediation workflows.
• Maintain accurate endpoint inventory and CMDB data; ensure ownership and lifecycle status.
• Develop runbooks and dashboards to improve endpoint health and compliance; drive process improvements.
