Job summary

CIVIE is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to monitor, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure and day-to-day technology operations. This role collaborates with IT, business users, and clients to ensure reliable, secure systems and availability, including PACS applications.

The candidate will handle incident response, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user account management while participating in on-call rotations and supporting onboarding/offboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation covering evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with IT service-management/ticketing tools.
• Understanding of computer hardware and ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, cloud technologies and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to document technical issues clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Overview

The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting CIVIE’s IT infrastructure, applications, and day-to-day technology operations. This role works closely with members of the IT team, business users, and clients to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and available. This position also supports our PACS systems and related applications.

Your responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and system alerts
• Resolve technical issues relating to both the hardware and software we provide for our clients and for our internal departments

• Resolve issues related to PACS systems and PACS administration
• Escalate and assign tickets to the appropriate resources

• 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support

Working Conditions

• On-site at our Plano office
• Ability to participate in virtual meetings and training sessions, and collaborative projects
• Occasional travel (up to 20%) to support IT operations at office locations or to ship computer equipment
