Job summary

CIVIE in Plano, TX is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to monitor, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure, applications, and PACS-related systems. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage user access, and assist with onboarding/offboarding while collaborating with IT and business teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1–2 years in IT operations or technical support; on-call rotations and travel up to 20% are possible. We offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support
• Ability to work a scheduled on-call rotation covering evenings, nights and weekends
• Experience with IT service-management/ticketing tools
• Understanding of computer hardware and ability to troubleshoot hardware issues
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, cloud technologies and enterprise applications
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to document technical issues clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users

Overview

The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting CIVIE’s IT infrastructure, applications, and day-to-day technology operations. This role works closely with members of the IT team, business users, and clients to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and available. This position also supports our PACS systems and related applications.

Your responsibilities

Working Conditions

• On-site at our Plano office
• Ability to participate in virtual meetings and training sessions, and collaborative projects
• Occasional travel (up to 20%) to support IT operations at office locations or to ship computer equipment
