Job summary

Humanoid is seeking an IT Office Support Engineer in Boston to serve as the primary IT presence for the local office and lab environment. You will support day-to-day IT needs, roll out endpoint management tooling, manage asset records, and help build scalable IT infrastructure while collaborating with a global tech team.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows/macOS/Linux skills, and hands-on MDM/EMM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or office-based technical support experience (L1/L2).
• Hands-on with Windows, macOS and Linux (Ubuntu) endpoints—config, enrollment and provisioning.
• Knowledge of MDM/EMM platforms and endpoint management; JumpCloud/Jamf/Intune experience valued.
• Comfortable communicating with highly technical users (engineers and developers).
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work with policy and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the local Boston office; provide responsive L1/L2 support.
• Lead endpoint rollout and enrollment for Windows, macOS and Linux systems.
• Maintain asset records in Jira Assets and coordinate hardware procurement.
• Manage local AV and meeting room tech; ensure reliable conferencing (Google Meet primary).
• Support Jira Service Management workflows and asset management across IT team.
• Collaborate with London, Boston and Vancouver IT teams; travel may be required.
