The successful candidate will partner with project teams, leaders, and impacted stakeholders to assess the people, process, and technology impacts of upcoming changes. This role requires an individual who is collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable executing change strategies within an established OCM framework to drive successful adoption across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities* Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analyses to identify impacted groups, influence levels, and unique engagement needs.* Perform change impact analyses to evaluate how IT initiatives affect existing business processes, roles, and technology landscapes.* Support leadership alignment efforts by preparing materials that help leaders understand and communicate upcoming changes.* Develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans tailored to different stakeholder audiences.* Create clear, professional written communications, presentations, and other high-quality change management materials.* Assess organizational training needs and support the development of appropriate learning approaches and content.* Monitor and support adoption and change readiness activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.* Identify potential adoption risks, areas of resistance, and stakeholder concerns, proposing actionable mitigation strategies.* Collaborate closely with project teams and OCM leadership to deliver established change methodologies and work plans.Required Qualifications**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.**Experience:** 5-7 years of dedicated organizational change management experience, with a primary focus on supporting IT initiatives and technology-driven change. Candidates must have held at least two true OCM-focused roles, demonstrating hands-on ownership of change deliverables rather than general exposure to the discipline.**Technical Skills:** Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
