Job summary

TPI Staffing Inc. is seeking a Service Assurance Analyst in Atlanta, GA to monitor IT Operations infrastructure and provide support for voice technology. You will ensure the integrity and performance of services while responding to alerts and collaborating with teams to meet customer needs.

This is a 3+ month contract position requiring analysis and troubleshooting of complex systems, with a focus on maintaining high service levels in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in voice technology support.
• Experience in call center technology.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting complex voice and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage IT Operations infrastructure within the production environment.
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot issues.
• Track and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet service needs.
• Support creation and update of documentation for procedures.
