Job summary

Consigli Construction in Milford, MA is seeking an IT Intern to support the Support and Jobsite Operations teams. This hands-on internship provides experience in IT system management, customer support, and daily tech troubleshooting in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will work in person, gain exposure to hardware/software installation, backups, security practices, and network concepts, and you’ll document procedures while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN).
• Some experience with Active Directory Domain Services and IT service management tools or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with system updates, backups, cybersecurity best practices, and basic programming languages like HTML/CSS (advantageous).
• Prior IT-related work experience preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security best practices.
