Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an IT/Network Support Specialist to join our on-site IT team in Capitol Heights, MD. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users across multiple facilities and maintain VMware infrastructure while supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of desktop, network, or IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills with methodical diagnosis and escalation when necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of supporting diverse users.
• Ability to work onsite in an industrial environment and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $68,000-$75,000/year

Position Description:

Join a dynamic team supporting industrial operations as an IT/Network Support Specialist. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for a variety of users across multiple locations. You'll work with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remain involved with server and VMware infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless technology operations in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Occasional travel and on-site presence at company facilities are required.

Top Requirements:

• 3-4 years of desktop, network, or IT support experience
