Seneca Resources in Capitol Heights, MD is seeking an IT/Network Support Specialist to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for a diverse user base across on-site facilities.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware, and related technologies in a fast-paced industrial environment, with occasional travel to support multiple locations.

Formación

• 3-4 years of desktop, network, or IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills with methodical diagnosis and escalation when necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of supporting diverse users.
• Ability to work onsite in an industrial environment and travel occasionally.

Position Title: IT/Network Support Specialist
Location: Capitol Heights, MD
Clearance Requirements: None
Pay Rate: $68,000-$75,000/year

Position Description

Join a dynamic team supporting industrial operations as an IT/Network Support Specialist. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for a variety of users across multiple locations. You'll work with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remain involved with server and VMware infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless technology operations in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Occasional travel and on-site presence at company facilities are required.

Top Requirements

• 3-4 years of desktop, network, or IT support experience
