Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking an IT Network Manager for our Farmingdale, NY location. You will lead Windows and Active Directory administration, oversee secure network architectures for DOD programs, and drive security compliance with NIST 800-53 and related standards.

Qualifications

• US citizen and ability to obtain/maintain DOD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or related field.
• Proven Windows System Engineer with focus on Active Directory administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network management with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven ISSO experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft-based network infrastructure (Windows Server, Office).
• Create/modify/delete AD users, groups, and OUs; design and troubleshoot GPOs.
• Ensure secure authentication (Kerberos, 2FA, certificates) for logins.
• Configure DNS and DHCP; install/patch Windows servers; monitor performance and logs.
• Develop security controls to meet standards and policies; prepare audit docs.
• Collaborate with CW IT and security teams to address vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Support engineering department IT needs and drive upgrades for digital transformation.
