Job summary

Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) is seeking an Intermediate Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a DoD contract at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ISSM will lead RMF activities, security assessments, and continuous monitoring to ensure authorized operations across mission systems.

The role requires DoD cybersecurity experience, an active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), and IAM Level II certification or equivalent, aligning with NICE ISM work roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience supporting RMF and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity operations for assigned information systems.
• Oversee RMF activities throughout the system lifecycle.
• Maintain system security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, assessment artifacts).
• Coordinate ATO, IATT, and security authorization activities.
• Monitor DoD, Air Force, and organizational cybersecurity policies.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Ensure incident response procedures are followed and documented.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to system administrators and support personnel.
• Brief leadership on system security posture and risks.
