NPAworldwide is seeking an IT Network Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project to lead and optimize Meraki-based infrastructure and manage Windows 11 endpoints and Microsoft 365 services. The role emphasizes security, identity management, and governance, with a focus on reliable, scalable IT operations.

You will mentor staff, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure best practices across DR/BCP, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT network administration or IT operations management.
Strong expertise with Cisco Meraki, Windows 11, AutoPilot, and Dell hardware.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online).
Experience with cloud security tools (Azure Sentinel, SIEM platforms, Cisco Umbrella).
Proven Tier 2 support capability with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Hands-on experience with Intune/Entra ID, GPO baselines, NinjaOne, ABM, Global Relay, and HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize Cisco Meraki network infrastructure (MX, switches, WAPs, cameras, SDWAN, security integrations).
Manage Windows 11 endpoints, Dell hardware, and Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange).
Oversee identity, compliance, and device management through Intune, Entra ID, GPO baselines, and Conditional Access.
Administer NinjaOne for patching, remote management, software deployment, and ticketing workflows.
Maintain IT governance: DR/BCP runbooks, SOPs, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and security best practices.
Mentor junior IT staff and evaluate emerging technologies (VDI/AVD) to enhance performance and user experience.
