IT Manager

Location: Remote (Candidates from Latin America or South Africa preferred)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,000/month (will exceed for top candidates with strong HubSpot expertise)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our team and alleviate the technical support burden, enhance our HubSpot functionality, and serve as an intermediary between executive and development teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our tech stack, playing a key role in supporting our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & HubSpot Development

• Provide IT support to alleviate the workload of the CTO, particularly with custom property management software and integrations.
• Develop and enhance features in the HubSpot portal to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Perform light integration work within the tech stack, ensuring smooth software interoperability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as an intermediary between executive and development teams, bridging technical and business needs.
• Conduct quality assurance and project management with third-party development teams.

System Optimization

• Learn and support additional software within the tech stack, including PropertyWare, ShowMojo, and Sales Message.
• Leverage business acumen to address property management industry challenges through innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HubSpot, including portal development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress and other relevant platforms.

Communication & Business Acumen

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and address challenges within the property management industry.

Adaptability

• Eagerness to learn and master software in the tech stack: PropertyWare, ShowMojo, Sales Message, and custom property management tools.
