Job summary

Dallas Wings is seeking an IT Manager to oversee infrastructure, security, and stadium technology. You will manage vendor relationships, support game-day operations, and ensure reliable systems across the business office, training facility, and arena.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud and cybersecurity expertise, and the ability to coordinate with media, league, and arena partners. Occasional extended hours and travel for events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of IT management experience.
• Expertise in networking, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, broadcast tech, and arena operations.
• ITIL, PMP, CISSP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, venue tech, and digital platforms.
• Support game-day operations and business systems, fan engagement, and e-commerce.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and tech solutions.
• Assist inventory management and documentation of technology assets.
• Implement robust security protocols for financial transactions and fan data.
• Evaluate emerging tech to boost engagement and efficiency.
