Overview

As a Manager of IT, you'll manage both technology and people. On the technology side, you'll improve operational efficiencies and create value for our customers by identifying and addressing areas of improvement and by working with our internal teams to build better solutions and processes. On the people side, you'll build a team of high performers by recruiting, developing, mentoring, and managing individual contributors at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors, and develops team members, providing them with appropriate skill building and career development opportunities.
• Consciously fosters an engaging, collaborative, and respectful team culture that is consistent with the NFI's mission, vision, and values.
• Plans and allocates resources to effectively staff and achieve individual, team, and project productivity, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
