Job summary

Perma-Pipe Inc. seeks an experienced IT Manager – USA to lead IT strategy and coordinate support for three U.S. locations, including The Woodlands, TX and other sites. This hands-on role partners with local leaders and global IT teams to optimize manufacturing and engineer-to-order processes.

You will mentor a small IT team, manage ERP activities, and drive data analytics with Power BI while ensuring cybersecurity and governance across the US footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT and business systems support, multi-site manufacturing background preferred.
• 3+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineer-to-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and coordinate support across three U.S. locations.
• Oversee local IT infrastructure, service desk, and vendor relations.
• Support ERP implementations, data analytics, and Power BI reporting.
• Ensure cybersecurity, SOX compliance, and IT governance alignment.
• Partner with global IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes.
