Job summary

The role is not remote or hybrid and requires collaboration with engineering, production, safety, and sales teams in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on time, within-scope, and within-budget results.
• Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and execution plans.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation to guide project progression.
• Monitor and report on project progress to internal teams and stakeholders; maintain lessons learned logs and lead post-project reviews.
• Support development of best practices and training programs for the Project Management team.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact post-award and maintain strong relationships.
