Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an IT Manager to own the company’s technology infrastructure, e-commerce platform, systems security, and day-to-day technical operations. This role leads the Magento 2 e-commerce stack, fulfillment and inventory systems, and the telecom/network infrastructure.

You will guide the internal IT team and outsourced support, ensure PCI/ADA compliance, oversee vendor contracts, and drive security, reliability, and scalability to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area; Master’s degree a plus.
• 7+ years managing e-commerce technology infrastructure, ideally with Magento/Magento 2.
• Experience with fulfillment/ERP systems (e.g., Fishbowl, UPS Shipexec) and PCI/ADA compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced IT vendors and telecom/network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF or similar cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, software applications, and security measures.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve business processes and e-commerce operations.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of technical/operational data to inform business decisions.
• Assess the technical viability of new business opportunities and ensure IT infrastructure can support them.
• Manage technology spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage the Magento 2 platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
• Implement and manage Magento 2 extensions/plugins; optimize UX, checkout, and conversion.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates; support campaigns.
• Troubleshoot issues; maintain PCI audits and ADA compliance.
• Manage hosting platform and data integration with ERP systems; supervise IT vendors.
