Job summary

Terminix is seeking an IT Manager to own the technology stack, ecommerce platform, security, and day-to-day ops. You will lead hands-on Magento 2 initiatives, fulfillment and inventory systems, network and security programs, and manage the IT team and external vendors.

The role requires 7+ years in ecommerce tech infra, Magento 2 expertise, and strong vendor/team leadership. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on scalable, secure IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years managing e-commerce technology infrastructure, preferably with Magento/Magento 2.
• Experience with fulfillment/ERP systems (e.g., Fishbowl, UPS Shipexec) and PCI/ADA compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced IT vendors and telecom/network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF or similar cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, software applications, and security measures.
• Oversee Magento 2 platform stability, scalability, and security; optimize UX and conversions.
• Manage Fishbowl Advanced, UPS Shipexec, and other fulfillment/inventory systems.
• Oversee IT support, telecom, network operations, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
• Coordinate system integrations and vendor/team management across IT.
