Job summary

West Fraser is seeking an IT Manager for Maintenance and Procurement Systems to lead enterprise technologies supporting maintenance, reliability, and procurement. Based from a Memphis-area office, you will manage a team of application specialists and partner with business leaders to improve system performance, processes, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Progressive experience supporting, implementing, or managing enterprise business applications in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable day-to-day operation and support of business-critical maintenance and purchasing applications.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of technical analysts and administrators.
• Work with business leaders to prioritize enhancements, projects, and support needs based on value and risk.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system usage, and deliver measurable operational value.
• Manage vendor relationships and service levels.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within the team’s portfolio.
• Direct system upgrades, integrations, and compliance activities, ensuring regulatory, licensing, and security requirements are met.
