Job summary

WestPoint Home, LLC is seeking an IT Manager for Warehouse & Production Systems to lead architecture, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of WMS and related supply chain applications. You will partner with Operations, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years IT systems configuration, development or support experience required.
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience required.
• 3+ years of warehouse management systems (WMS) or related applications experience required.
• Knowledge of logistics processes including 3PL, stock transfers and inventory movements.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD practices and deployments.
• .NET and SQL development experience with related reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for WMS, Production Systems, and Supply Chain apps.
• Lead and mentor Developers, System Admins, and Analysts on the team.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Directly work with warehouse operations and IT to fix issues and improve systems.
• Develop, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations and reports.
• Lead cross-system integrations (WMS, ERP, 3PL, and others).
• Establish monitoring, logging, and support processes for reliability.
• Drive technology projects from requirements through production.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT, Operations, and Facilities for delivery.
• Support UAT, testing, and process automation initiatives.

Skills

Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering/IT

5+ years IT experience

3+ years management

3+ years WMS knowledge

ERP knowledge (NetSuite or Dynamics)

Agile/CI/CD

SQL/.NET development

Willing to travel (up to 20%)
