Job summary

Level 3 Audiovisual in Mesa, AZ seeks an IT Manager to mature our IT function with strong ITSM discipline and hands-on leadership. You will partner with leaders to deliver business value from technology investments, ensuring secure, reliable, cost-effective IT services delivered via documented processes.

This is a leadership role that is also hands-on, aligning tech with growth objectives. You will lead the IT team, own IT financials, drive lifecycle management, and maintain risk and compliance

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in IT preferred with relevant certifications.
• 7+ years progressive IT experience and 2–3 years leadership.
• Experience managing IT budgets, forecasting, and asset lifecycles.
• Background in ITSM, security practices, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM initiatives with structured processes and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and systems administration support.
• Build and manage IT team, set expectations, drive accountability.
• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, lifecycle planning.
• Oversee asset and system lifecycle management and procurement.
• Maintain security, risk, and business continuity practices.
• Partner with leadership on strategic tech initiatives.
