Job summary

Iron-Insurance-Partners is seeking an IT Manager to lead technology operations across our Wichita offices, aligning infrastructure, security, and Automation with business goals.

The role balances hands-on leadership with strategic planning to support a growing, multi-location insurance brokerage. You will manage IT support, vendor relations, and projects while partnering with the CISO to strengthen cybersecurity and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations.
• Working knowledge of agency management systems, Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud-based technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple office locations.
• Oversee IT support processes, ticketing, escalation, and service delivery.
• Administer hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
• Coordinate system implementations and technology projects with leadership and vendors.
• Serve as liaison with MSPs, telecom vendors, and technology partners.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for business continuity.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, acquisitions, and office transitions.
• Monitor system performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with CISO on cybersecurity initiatives and standards.
• Supervise the Systems Specialist and report to the CISO.
