Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, collaborate with vendors, and drive improvements across hardware, software, networks, and applications in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, systems administration, network administration, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Healthcare information technology experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license if travel between locations is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and support of the hospital's information technology environment.
• Provide technical support for computers, servers, network equipment, applications, and related technology.
• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network resources.
• Monitor system performance and availability to promote reliability and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system and application issues.
