The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare information technology or related field, 5+ years in healthcare IT, and 2+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience
• 2+ years of management, supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, network infrastructure, server administration, and enterprise software applications
• Experience with information security practices and risk management
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership, business acumen and technology proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills / customer service
• Attention to detail and adherence to IT best practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal collaborators to develop corrective and preventative actions to address identified non-conformities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Review KPIs and take action to improve IT-related performance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and provide performance management or corrective actions following policy.
