Job summary

RL People in Wisconsin is seeking an IT Manager to own the IT function and shape how technology supports the business as it grows. This is a hands-on leadership role with a lean team and real ownership of the IT environment.

You will work closely with customers and technology partners, lead a small IT team, oversee cybersecurity and risk, manage MSPs and vendors, and help build IT processes and policies for scale.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems or engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft, Azure, M365, Active Directory, networking, servers or cloud.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and information security.
• Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience.
• Comfortable hands-on in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems and technology.
• Lead and support a small internal IT team.
• Oversee cybersecurity, endpoint security and IT risk.
• Manage MSPs, technology vendors and external partners.
• Work directly with customers on technical and security requirements.
• Improve IT processes, systems and policies as the business scales.
