Qualifications

• Experience managing IT vendors and supporting growing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and employee technology support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s third-party IT provider and external vendors.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, account management, and system access.
• Support and maintain company hardware, software, networks, collaboration tools, and cloud-based systems.
• Help develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data protection standards.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, security, and system performance to ensure operational reliability.
• Manage software licensing, IT inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with leadership to support future IT planning, scaling, and operational improvements.
