Job summary

Pure Lithium Corporation is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead the company’s technology strategy and operations from its Chicago headquarters. This hands-on role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable systems across business operations, R&D, and growth initiatives.

You will manage IT operations, infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications, partner with leadership and vendors, and drive governance, budgeting, and policy development while helping staff adapt to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, and systems administration.
• Strong Windows administration, PowerShell, patch management, and OS updates.
• Experience with enterprise software and SaaS platforms, and licensing controls.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring tools such as Kaseya, LogMeIn, or NinjaOne.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IAM, endpoint security, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including end-user support and systems administration.
• Maintain Windows-based systems, OS updates, patching, and endpoint security.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, inventory, and maintenance.
• Provide responsive support to employees with varying technical skills.
• Administer business applications like Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and related services.
• Coordinate vendor activities and oversee IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Partner with leadership to plan technology roadmaps and budgeting.
