Job summary

L. Knife & Son, LLC. is seeking an IS Manager to oversee all IT systems and infrastructure across the company’s network at Kingston, MA. You will lead hands-on technical work, manage IT staff, and collaborate with division leaders to ensure security, performance, and innovation.

The role requires building strategic IT plans, ensuring policy compliance, budgeting, and cross‑functional leadership to support distribution operations across locations. Onsite work in Kingston, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 7-10 years IT management experience in distribution/logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as VIP Beverage System.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Lead and oversee IT operations, including hardware, software, data, and security.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Foster a solution-driven IT culture emphasizing reliability and innovation.
